COUNTERFEIT / FAKE items and appalling service
Catawiki allowed counterfeit items on the platform which is against international regulations.
After I received a counterfeit item and filed a dispute, Catawiki claimed that the item is a "replica" but the materials used are authentic.
Laughable, disingenuous and dangerous excuse.
Since Catawiki took zero responsibility for the counterfeit item, the dispute was escalated.
Catawiki then stated that my account is suspended until I retract the dispute - essentially blackmailing me.
Unprofessional, unaccountable and appalling behavior by Catawiki.
