VSCode general customisability is already a well-known phenomenon. I also appreciate its Copilot integration more than some of the other solutions in the market e.g. Cursor because I still feel I am in charge which is important to me when building.
All the project tracking for this app happens on my Todoist, which is frankly more than just that to me. Since 2019, it has been an irreplaceable part of my life. I think that says everything.
Textual has a fantastic API to build TUI applications in Python. On top of that, the documentation is stellar. It was very easy to understand and expand the TextArea widget, for example. Highly recommended!
