About
After spending 30 years working in the City of London as a trader at various financial institutions such as RBS and Tullett Prebon, I decided to embark on a new project. I joined up with Mark Hawkins, a friend of more than 20 years, to launch Invest & Fund, a credit-led, peer-to-peer lending platform specialising in residential development and bridging finance. Invest & Fund is today supported by a highly-experienced Board and 30+ staff in offices in London and Hastings, and a business development team covering England and Wales. Everything we do is underpinned by extremely high-quality credit assessment processes, ongoing monitoring and deep industry experience, and financed by a pipeline of 500+ registered individual and institutional lenders.
