I'm Dave, a software engineer and technical leader with 13+ years' experience across startups and enterprise. Most recently, I joined an early-stage startup as its first external hire and helped scale the engineering team past 35 people, while supporting the business through a Series A of $20M+. I like watching how founders turn ideas into shipped products, and I'm particularly interested in the architectural decisions that let a team move fast now without paying for it later.
