It's improving all the time and it really does do a lot of the heavy lifting Great for start ups with their quick support... Pros: chat, forms, drip email autoresponder emails. Knowledge base and visual builder are amazing. Cons: It's got everything I need with new landing pages coming in the future!

It's very useful to engagement. Pros: It's easy with broadcast email and it adds that personal touch. Cons: None I know of.

I have used this software for about 4 months. It's so super useful and my clients love it too! Pros: flexibility, clear sound and vision, no having to load software. Cons: None found so far.
