I have a lot ideas on my list, but only one is in active development right now. Part of me wants to build them all at once, but it's not realistic.

How do you prioritize? How do you choose what's worth your focus?

Of course, there are the basic methods, looking at trends, market research, asking friends, asking producthunt... :)

A few days ago stumbled upon a statistic that Reddit is widely used as a source of information for AI answers.

Reddit answered: They wanna block access to the Internet Archive (kind of protection against scraping)

I just read that Poland wants to launch a pilot project of a 4-day work week from January 2026 (although a 4-hour work week would sound better).

I want to ask if any of you in your company have tried this concept of a shorter work week, and how it has affected the results of your employees and the company?

There are two types of people (more or less):

1/ The ultra-planners. hey schedule everything down to the minute, know who they re meeting three months from now, and already have their 2027 summer vacation mapped out.
