I built Cerebro because I was tired of quiz apps that reward whoever plays the most. Trivia Crack, Kahoot, QuizUp , they all let you grind your way to the top. I wanted something where only genuinely getting better moves your score. So I built a rolling IQ system: starts at 500, weighted 70% accuracy and 30% speed, and moves like an ELO rating.
