How do you promote your startup across social media if you are just starting?

I recently started building a tool for content creators and startup founders who want to stay consistent on Threads. I ve realized how hard it is to promote something when you re just starting and don't have an audience yet. If you don t have a big following or a budget, what worked for you?

  • Did you focus on one platform at a time?

  • Did you document your process?

  • Did you post daily even if no one was watching?

Curious to hear how others approached early stage promotion. Right now I m experimenting with scheduling, batching, and smart tagging to stay organized while posting on Threads consistently but I want to learn what s working for others too.

Product Hunt Founder Ryan Hoover (@rrhoover) asked: "What's a problem you would pay to have solved?"

On Twitter / X, @rrhoover asked: "What's a problem you would pay to have solved?" https://x.com/rrhoover/status/17... I'd also like to know (out of curiosity), but would love to also have this discussion here.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to start a business? + My tips

For some people, it cannot be easy to start any business. If I could give some advice to a newbie, it would be these: Discuss your ideas with someone who has experience. Do not be afraid to share things because you think someone steals them (many people do not take action). Join an accelerator where you can gain knowledge. If you do not have enough experience, take some internship, voluntary work or part-time to see processes in a big company. Do not be afraid of administration and bureaucracy: these things will do other people for you. What would be your advice?
