Coming from a french tropical island where there's a lot of sharks (and unfortunately many people killed over the last few years) it sounds like a great idea. That said I would like to know how accurate and reliable it is. Since there are human lives at stake it must be a pretty hard business (and you have to sell it to public organizations, not the easiest customers).

Interesting model. I also like the "If your company isn't an AnyPerk member, introduce us to your HR Director. You get $50." and the chrome plugin looks useful too. That said it lacks a bit of "sexyness" to make me want to join (I don't see any perk, how it really works...) as an employee. Maybe their model is more B2B based via direct sales to companies.

would love that these kind of services were used to sharing their own metrics (for fortissimo their form completion rate for example). Generally it's hard for startups to be good at their own game :-)
