Inkscape is open source and free, I find it really easy to make vector graphics with it.

Canva made it really easy to quickly iterate on marketing material. I love the pre made templates.

Digital Ocean just makes it super easy to get up and running really fast. Their UI is super intuitive.

To implement the 'backend for frontend' architecture I set up a Node JS server for it's speed and reliability.

I used Vite as the build system and this made packaging for multiple browsers easy.

If nothing else, React makes it really easy to organize a project in a modular way.
