Hey everyone, Shawn here. I built Release Sanity. Lately it feels like pull requests are getting bigger and bigger. AI coding tools make it easy to generate large chunks of code, which means reviewers often have to go through massive diffs just to understand what actually changed. I started building Release Sanity as a small experiment to help with that. It analyzes the PR diff and posts a...

Release SanityInstant risk signal for every pull request
Release Sanity analyzes pull request diffs and posts an instant release risk check directly on the PR. A single structured comment shows a risk level (HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW), highlights risky areas like auth, APIs, billing, migrations, and deploy config, and generates a release-readiness checklist. The comment updates as the PR changes so teams can quickly sanity-check a release before merging.

WatchPartyLive chat for live sports
I made WatchParty because watching games alone can get boring. Twitch streams have insane energy because of chat, but official sports streams don't.
So I made a Chrome extension that adds a real-time chat overlay directly on ESPN, Prime Video, and Peacock, and even Spectrum SportsNet (for my fellow Laker fans).
No more bouncing between Reddit threads or random tweets. Just memes, reactions, and hype from other fans, all right on the screen.
