About

Software engineer for six years, building software since college. For most of that time I’ve shipped API changes almost every day and watched the docs fall behind, so now I’m fixing that. I’m building DocFit: when a pull request merges, it finds the docs pages that are now wrong, edits them, builds and checks the result, and opens a docs PR for your team to review. It works wherever your docs live and whatever they’re hosted on. Before that I built 1Server (1server.ai), which lets Claude, Cursor and VS Code connect to MCP servers through one configuration. Solo, bootstrapped, and happy to talk docs, APIs or developer tools.

1Server - One config. Every MCP server.

1Server is one MCP server that runs all the others. Pick servers from a curated marketplace, add a single entry to Claude, Cursor or VS Code, and stop editing JSON. Hot-reload, health checks, an AES-256 secret vault, and your AI can install tools from chat.

AI coding agents now read 50–66% of developer docs. How are you keeping your API docs updated?

Came across a wild stat recently

Mintlify reported that AI coding agents like Claude Code and Cursor made up 66% of traffic across their hosted docs in July, up from 15.2% in January. GitBook saw a similar jump (51.8% of page reads).

Cursor and Claude now drive 66% of docs traffic. How are you keeping your docs from drifting

When your API docs fall out of date, it s no longer just human developers getting frustrated. AI coding agents like Cursor and Claude Code are now consuming 50 66% of docs traffic. If your OpenAPI specs or Markdown guides drift from your actual codebase, these agents confidently hallucinate broken integrations and developers simply abandon your API.

Code ships daily, but docs drift quietly. Usually, the docs task sits in a ticket nobody picks up until a customer complains or a support thread escalates.

I built DocFit (docfit.dev) to fix this by turning docs upkeep into a standard CI workflow. It s a GitHub App that catches docs drift the moment code merges.

When a PR merges, DocFit:
