While the support interface was clunky (the help window kept disappearing because of how the modal was displayed, and no history was preserved when it vanished), the support staff was amazing and quickly helped me solve the issue. As it turns out, the settings available through the Wix UI are not as complete and functional as the features in the POWR portal itself.
