How often do you reinvent the wheel?
I do this a lot. I started programming from very early age. Ten years later I still have the same excitement when I start coding something. And most of the time, rather than looking at the business aspect of projects, I look at how the project can improve my coding skills. And this makes me reinvent everything. I push myself to study a new language or framework for every other project. Me trying to build new websocket library from scratch to creating a simpler web framework for PHP from scratch (when Laravel already existed) to creating a NodeJS framework from scratch to learning React when I am already very comfortable with Vue are all some examples. There are hundred other instances. Anybody else have this issue? Why am I doing this?

How many tiers should you have for a consumer SaaS product?
We are building a consumer SaaS product, our business model is paid subscription. Since it will cost us money every time we have a user (paid to 3rd party API providers), we can't really do free plans. Question is, should we try to have multiple tiers and plans? or is it better to have just one price? I've been researching this on Google but have not really found an ultimate resource or answer. Any insights? Current plan is to have 4 plans: A - $99
B - $29
C - $19
D - $9 The main differences is the higher you go the more users you can have as well as more history, more accounts, etc.
How often do you procrastinate?
A few more questions (takes only 2-3 minutes): 1. How serious of a problem it is for you personally? (On a scale of 1-5)
2. Did you ever try solving this problem? (Yes / No)
3. If "Yes", what solutions / approaches did you try? (1-3 sentences would be great)
4. Does the problem still persist today? (Yes / No) I'm conducting some research for my product, would appreciate any answer, detailed or not. Thank you, Hunters!

Is Idea Validation important to you?
I've been going down a rabbit hole recently around idea validation. In the past, when starting a business of project, I have done everything from blindly pursuing the idea until something worked (often hard) right through to doing a more formal testing of the idea (worth it but harder to be objective). I'm curious. How do PH people do idea validation? If you have a great idea, what are your next steps? Edit: there have been some really fantastic thoughts and suggestions here! Starting with the end-user in mind is key, in an effort to understand their pains. I'm still curious as to how to ascertain market demand. Where do you go to see potential demand for an idea?
How do you find your first (beta) enterprise customers/testers?
Hi Makers! I'm working on a tool aimed at medium to large companies (100+ employees). My tool is still in its infancy and I'm looking for beta users in the enterprise world to test it and help us build. So my question is, how do you go about finding them when you are so early stage? What are your strategies? What's your pitch like?

How do you spend your vacation time during COVID?
I'm just back from a weeks vacation which I used to relax in my own home and shut off for a while. Normally I reserve vacation solely for when travelling but that's not possible right now. How are you spending your vacation time?
Makers, where do you scribble?
As a maker, we often scribble a lot of things. Be it an idea, some todos, any link we found on the internet, or maybe a code snippet. Most of the time I use sublime text to scribble things. What do you use to scribble something? Currently we are working on Whatnote, a browser first notepad with zero learning curve. (https://www.producthunt.com/upco...) , so trying to understand the thoughts from the community.
