Gmail
I have a love and hate relationship with Gmail, but it's getting better. My previous corporation required everyone to use Gmail, and at times I would find my self bashing my head against the cube wall while trying to do the simplest of things. Frustrations included highlighting a word, or having to edit inside a tiny little box in the corner of the browser. My absolute pet peeve is being forced to view the latest emails in a conversation at the bottom of the page, yes you can tell it to put the latest reply at the top, but if you scroll through an attached conversation it goes from oldest to latest. To see what the last couple of people wrote in a long conversation requires you to scroll down, and then down some more. Luckily things are improving, the editor now has highlighting options, and the "shift-click" action to pop-out the editor into its own window had me almost crying with joy. But, my eye still twitches when I have to scroll endlessly through a conversation to see what the last couple of people wrote.
Canva
I've only been using Canva for a couple of days, in general it has been a relatively straight forward experience. I have mainly been using its image editing and animation tools, but I see it has a lot of publishing tools/templates which I haven't delved into yet.
