I think speaking to AI is going to become a programming language in and of itself. Anyone can feel ai instructions and get an ok result, but actually getting exactly what you want every time requires more knowhow than people realise. Yes ai will take jobs, but for those who learn to operate it properly it will open up jobs to communicate with it effectively
