
I've been an active and avid user of LACRM for over 5+ years. I had tried other CRM systems, but found LACRM the most intuitive, user-friendly and frankly - addictive. The support team is exceptionally helpful, responsive and human. They are a super talented team that deserve great success. I believe they are already, because they are highly skilled and client-centric human beings. I feel that they are a business partner (technology) of mine. They are consistently rolling out new features. With their latest UI design - its such a pleasure working with LACRM. On my Macbook, iPad or Samsung ZFold 4. As a South African with a terribly weak currency 1. I feel I still get fantastic value for money, but 2. wish I could utilise US-specific features like SMS notifications. It needs to be rebranded from LACRM to MLACRM (My LACRM! ). I run several businesses on one account, and look forward to using TEAM features when my businesses grow. Thank you team LACRM!
