As a solo founder competing against products backed by much larger teams, this wasn't something I expected - but it was something I was determined to achieve. There were moments during the launch when I thought it would be incredibly difficult.
Bookler goes beyond a traditional reservation widget. It uses AI to understand real guest requests, new bookings, changes, cancellations, questions, and turns them into structured reservation actions. Instead of forcing every guest through a fixed form, Bookler also works around natural communication like email, WhatsApp, and website messages, helping restaurants reduce manual back-and-forth and save time.
