I’m Bohdan, founder of Boundeal. We’re building an AI-powered Virtual Data Room for startups, M&A advisors, investors, and deal teams that need a simpler and more affordable way to manage fundraising, due diligence, and confidential document sharing. My goal is to make secure deal execution easier for lean teams. Traditional data rooms can be expensive, complex, and slow to manage, especially for early-stage companies and lower-middle-market transactions.
