It's an interesting premise, but 2/3 of the first opportunities recommended to me were for people with skill sets I don't have. One asked for experience with PostHog (which I'd never heard of) and Indy said I had experience with it - but I don't :/

The founder being "vocally unconcerned about critical feedback" might be at play here. iIt's important to have trusted advisors whose judgement you can rely on.
