For 12 years, I had a front-row seat to see how silos and leakages slow companies down. Working closely with sales, marketing, HR, recruitment, admin, management, design, and development teams, I saw how each department struggles in its own way — and how those struggles connect. That curiosity shaped my journey as a Product Manager. At CollabCRM, I’ve been deeply involved in building the product — from database design to data security — while always focusing on end-user pain points. My role has been turning cross-department challenges into features that make collaboration smoother. Today, it’s rewarding to see operations — from onboarding to offboarding — running on CollabCRM, a product I’ve helped shape from the ground up. Built from real problems, tested in real operations!!
