Five second test: can you tell what my site does?

Someone told me this week they could not understand my project from the page. So instead of guessing I want to test it properly.

Open the link, count five seconds, close the tab. Then tell me two things. What does it do, and who is it for.

"No idea" is a real answer and honestly it is the one I need most. Please do not be polite about it.

It is free, there is nothing to sign up for, I am not pitching you anything. I just want to know if the page explains itself or not.

How do you use Product Hunt to make people aware of your product? (Less-known approach)

Most people use Product Hunt primarily for launching their product, which is completely understandable and a basic thing. That's what the platform is best known for.

BUT I think Product Hunt offers far more opportunities than just launch day. If you approach it strategically, it can become an ongoing marketing channel rather than a one-day event.

I built a hype-check for AI launches. What would make you NOT trust a verdict?

Every week an AI launch shows up claiming "10x faster" or "beats every benchmark". Some of it is real. A lot isn't. Finding out costs 20-30 minutes of digging through benchmark tables and dev threads.

So I built Reality Filter. You paste in a launch and get one verdict: worth trying now, watch later, too early, or mostly fog machine - plus a fog meter for how much of the claim is still unproven. Every verdict names its sources: real benchmark numbers, named reviewers, actual user reports. Never "reports suggest".
