I know that a lot of people love working remotely, but I ask those who are struggling: why is that? What are things that are hard (time management, motivation, bad internet etc)?

I am the developer of Lively, an app aiming to help procrastinators take back control of their lives through positive reinforcement, a first for productivity apps. In light of doing so, I was curious to know how some of you get around being productive and how you overcome procrastination. What has been your experience with procrastination and how did you overcome it?

Been looking for some alternatives or opinions on some midday activities to help clear your head or relax. I've tried gyming but i prefer doing it in the evening.
If your company goes permanently remote, which city in the world would you wish to work from and why? I think my city would be Gangtok - India, or somewhere in the Maldives!!!
