I'm very impressed so far! I tested out the AI assistant by telling it "I need a form for ordering custom gift baskets". It gave me size options, whether to include a teddy bear, chocolates, or flowers, and included delivery options and dates/times. Really wanted to love this as part of my development QA workflow, but it seems I can't just start the 7-day trial and kick the tires without registering for an account that I'll probably forget to cancel. /uninstalled

Bummer that it doesn't work with Safari on macOS

I absolutely couldn't live without Capsule CRM! Love Google Apps, @zendesk, and @freshbooks integration, and the mobile app is pretty slick. Now if only I'd remember to use it to dial phone numbers so they get automatically logged LOL! Excellent customer support as well - keep up the great work!!
