360's are typically the worst and tend to be marginally useful as it's situationally based (at that specific company).

What needs improvement
I'm not really sure what could be at this point - the technology gets better and smarter the more you use it (AI...)
vs Alternatives
It was the most advanced Feedback and 360 platform available in the world - it wasn't much of a choice honestly - they're the best at what they do, and frankly, the only tool that actually does this at this depth and value...
How are rater interviews scheduled and reminders handled?
The system automates the scheduling and the calls so it's completely hands-off for the user.

It's very customizable based on what you're looking to get out of it (and of course, what you put into it)
