The customer service was awful.
I have never been banned by any online company before. Catawiki gives me the impression that they are doing me a favor for conducting business with them.
After seeking assistance from catawiki customer service to remove my opened accounts, I received an email informing me that I have been banned!!!!!! So I got banned permanently for opening multiple accounts!!!!!
