Quick to get started. As long as you do not go into "Setting" -- then it a bloat. Use to quick & simple and now the settings requires a bachelors degree, linguistics and time to figure out what all the options are. Now Google Meet is so reliable that I barely use Zoom.

It was quick to integrate and start getting relevant stats. Give us the ability to slowly double click deeper and deeper as we learn more about what we need to track and understand about the product usage, drop off, etc.

Love & hate relationship. The integrations with misc platforms are invaluable ie JIRA, Zoom, Google Meet, etc. Given that I have 100s of notifications per day... hard to understand, track and manage. Not a product fault. Just not sure how to review them in a simple and systematic manner.
Ability to jump into a call, have all the conversations in a place etc. is invaluable in tracing back.

Works well on most sites and hence it is the default browser for me. Almost becoming an OS to do all stuff ie prefer to use website over apps for MOST cases.
