I'm Ayan Pal — a hardcore farmer and a tech founder. These might seem like two different worlds, but to me they share the same root principle: if the system is unfair, everyone suffers. On the farm, when the system is broken — bad soil, poor access, unfair markets — the crop fails and whole communities pay the price. I see today's hiring landscape the same way. It's broken and opaque. Candidates are filtered by keywords, not merit. Companies miss great talent hidden behind algorithmic bias. Hi, I'm Ayan farmer's son, Tripura founder, accidental AI builder.

I didn't come from a startup hub. No IIT pedigree. No angel uncle. I grew up watching my family farm in Tripura, Northeast India a state most people can't place on a map.
