Looks like a really useful product! We record Zoom meeting often but no one wants to rewatch the whole thing, just the important segments. Great stuff!

Don't overthink it. Think of any established startup that you know. You probably don't remember their launch. View the launch as a continuous process.
Any tips for a first launch?

Don't overthink it. You can jot down your ideas on anything, even something as basic as an Email message or a WhatsApp group. Focus on execution instead. It's more difficult and bears more fruit.

Spread the word to everyone who you know (who are a relevant user to your app). Provide useful content to relevant communities, and share your idea for initial feedback. Do limited paid advertisements tests to get a baseline for your CAC.
What steps do you take pre-launch?

1) Find relevant communities on Reddit, Twitter, Facebook. 2) Provide high-quality content, to these communities to build report and an audience. 3) Once ready to launch, write compelling content about your service to those RELEVANT communities. 4) rinse, repeat Yes, paid advertising will obviously be a quicker solution, but it's not really necessary if you can find relevant acquisition...

This clearly fills a need as evident by all of the positive response you're getting :D. Kudos to you @carsten_schaefer_trust for responding to everyone. My questions: what are the features that you plan to add in the next release?

I think the solution is brilliant @gansernathan. Any plans to include automatic transcription in the future? Something like Descript or even Youtube automatic transcribers. I'm sure there's an external API that you can find that would enable this. It would be especially useful for longer messages, so you could view the text version generated by an AI. All the best / Adam

Congrats Daniel! Interesting stuff, reading up on your ebook atm. How often do you recommend tweeting, and what proportion of tweets are promotional versus others?
