I'm launching "Connections Sleep Mode" tomorrow, and wanted to share the story behind it here first.
It started from a simple annoyance: my phone rang and woke me up for something that could've waited. I realized the real problem isn't the call itself it's that callers have no way of knowing you're asleep, so we all keep our ringers on "just in case."
Sleep Mode fixes that. Set your sleep hours, and if someone calls during that window, they automatically get a text: "Hey, I'm asleep right now. Call again if it's urgent, otherwise I'll call you back." If they call again, no repeat message treated as genuinely urgent, and it rings through normally.
Most people keep their ringer on all night "just in case" and get woken up by calls that could've waited. Sleep Mode fixes that — set your sleep hours, and callers automatically get a text saying you're asleep. If they call again, it rings through — treated as urgent.
