Lovely idea, but if your product works, what's the rationale behind having it as a browser extension, rather than integrating it within the marketplaces for which it works? - I'm not the biggest fan of adding browser extensions with permissions to harvest data.

I work as a project manager. I'm a fan: -I like the ease of assigning responsibility for tasks to individuals, and having this be transparent during a project. -Not a fan of email chains with documents, find it much easier to keep them and comments regarding them in one place. -Depending on the PM tool you choose, I like the customizability of notifications for different task types. I partial...

Not the biggest fan of the webpage pulling you down onto the list automatically, especially given the small distance that you need to cover with scrolling to get to it yourself. Otherwise, the website looks pretty slick.

User feedback channels were enabled from the get go - no point in interating your product development if the underlying foundation is already disliked, and you can't know if it is unless you are getting feedback from your alpha/beta testers.

There might just be the two of you, but you should get a project management tool. Because you're a small team, there are some free options available to you. Having PM software will help you break down what you need to do and start prioritising effectively. Having one early will also mean that when you scale, you'll avoid the hassle of porting your files, tasks, plans, ideas, over to the new...

Having Beta-testers talk to each other can be problematic because you can end up with groupthink, or people attaching themselves to the opinions of others rather than giving you the individualised feedback that you likely want. You might want to avoid a common talking space, and instead produce a survey based on the answers from your first x amount of beta testers, to give to the following z...
