Instead of scrolling through content, you explore a live environment where content exists as signals and creators exist as worlds. The system surfaces momentum in real time, making discovery active instead of passive. We built ArcVelvetOS from the ground up — signal engine, real-time interaction model, and deterministic spatial renderer — to rethink how content is found, not just how it’s displayed. This is early, but already working. The goal isn’t to improve the feed. It’s to replace it.
