How do you handle Stripe disputes on a subscription or course business?

I m launching Flatfight tomorrow, a tool that fights Stripe chargebacks with evidence from your own product (logins, usage, lessons, support messages) for a flat $9 per win instead of a percentage.

Before launch I m curious: if you sell software, courses or memberships on Stripe, do you fight disputes or just accept them? What evidence has actually won you one? I m especially interested in fraudulent disputes from customers who clearly used the product.
