AI is making output easier to produce, but understanding, judgment and ownership harder to see. I founded Auryon Innovations to build applied AI products that make human capability visible, not just the final result. Through Savyre, we help hiring teams assess how developers solve problems, use AI, explore codebases, validate changes and own outcomes. Savyre supports real-world technical assessments and structured AI coding workflows. I am also building MyWizBee, a learning companion that helps children reflect on learning and gives parents visibility into progress. My approach is simple: start with real workflows, measure behaviour rather than claims, and use AI to support human judgment, not replace it. I write about AI-assisted engineering, technical hiring, SaaS and AI in learning.
