Well, after quite some time we decided to ... pivot. Introducing Octobuy for Collective Fuel Purchasing. We think that starting in one very specific category with pretty much 1-2 products, might be a good chance to attract first customers and launch smoothly. Will see how it goes :)
Marketplace where Buyer creates listing for a fuel product (diesel, benzine, heating oil, etc), and other Buyers join it, increasing product amount. Sellers, subscribed to the product category are making offers.

Hehe, tricky one! First of all - there are no other products that cover same problem as we are. It is actually scary a bit. But if i take some potential competitors (Amazon, Ebay) we don't care about client size, recognition, budgets - meaning that we provide equal powers for everyone ... and - we let Buyers unite and form bigger combined orders, so, potentially, they will be able to secure...

Multitasking is unavoidable, especially if you are founding something. I've found myself being everything-all-in-one person recently ... engineer, market manager, CEO, PR etc. My brain was exploding from what i need to do. And multitasking was extremely stressful and doesn't return much value. Eventually i found a solution. Don't multi task :) Divide your tasks into very small once and do it...
