I ve been thinking about how much design quality actually matters in the earliest stages of a product.

Some users don t seem to mind rough edges if the tool genuinely solves a problem. Others instantly bounce if the UI doesn t feel trustworthy.

Building something in the SaaS feedback space (frustrated with how generic and expensive current tools are).

Was discussing positioning with Claude when it dropped this:

"Better features + Lower price + Specific focus = Market disruption. You own this specific category."

I found faces of famous personalities on Product Hunt.
