@gizemnurkeskin it's definitely not just you :) For instance, I do work on multiple startup projects at the moment, also trying to study at the same time, thus, physically do not find it possible to stay inactive during the weekend. Too many tasks. Not the healthiest approach to a trendy so-called work-life balance, but as long as the process is enjoyed I guess it's fine to spend some weekend...

Give yourself a break. Sometimes while working all the time, networking, researching, analyzing, creating we tend to forget to rest. And what I've noticed for myself is when I let myself rest a bit and take a different (outer) perspective on the situation, I tend to get the most effective solutions and interesting ideas.

Invest in (finding and keeping) a good marketer. Honestly. Building a community is one thing but don't forget that with the community comes great responsibility to satisfy its needs and bring values. Marketers are there to research, understand, predict and help form and serve the market. And good marketers are also psychologists in a way they communicate with the community in a way it's living...
