Every week there s a new viral photo or video , and every week the same question follows it around:

AI generation tools have gotten good enough that - visual proof the thing we ve relied on for over a century isn t proof of anything anymore.
The industry s answer to this has mostly been deepfake detection: they build a model that scans content and tried to guess whether it s fake. We think this approach has a structural flaw- it s permanent arms race. Everytime detection gets better, generation gets better to beat it. You re always one step behind.

Vastavik starts from different approach, instead to asking Is this Fake? , we think the right question is Is this verified?
Rather than analyzing the content whether it s fake or original. Vastavik let s creator validate their content at the point of creation or upload, establishing an independent, tamper-evident record that the content is what the creator says it is, from that moment forward. It's proof of provenance, not a fraud-detection guess.
