Hi Product Hunt! I m Altamash, co-founder and CTO of Shortlistii.

We re a bootstrapped team of 11 15 building a connected workspace for candidates and hiring teams. Our vision is simple: help people show their skills and help employers review the evidence behind a shortlist.

Candidates can build a free resume, get AI resume feedback, practise interviews with Litio, explore skill assessments and discover roles. Hiring teams can manage roles, structured AI interviews and assessment reports in one place, with people making the hiring decisions.
