Looks great! Signed up and then hit with 1-2 weeks wait, ouch! I read that it's due to reviewing each person individually which is great quality control, but have you considered giving members some sort of limited access to browse jobs and get in and set up their profiles rather than being completely locked out? I get the wait for employers, but seems less of a risk for members to sign up. With...
