I’m Akil, founder of NovaNorth, where we’re building AI to help product teams make smarter, faster decisions. After leading product at Amazon and scaling enterprise tools at Zemax, I saw how much time gets lost to meetings, misaligned priorities, and gut-feel decisions. NovaNorth is my bet on a better way. We’re creating AI that brings clarity to product planning so teams can make smarter bets with less friction. My goal is to help product leaders get out of the weeds and focus on what actually moves the needle. I believe great teams don’t need more process. They need shared understanding, clear priorities, and the freedom to play offense.
