I quit my job last month to work on my SAAS full time.
We are building tool that helps convert user insights to product decisions.
Since then I have been talking to users, trying to understand their pain points and asking them if they would be open to trying out our tool.
I received a mix of replies: - some were excited and wanted to try it out. - some felt the problem wasn't that intense for them and didn't need a tool to fix it. - some liked the idea but didn't push for adopting the tool in the org.
I want to be transparent this is about something I built but sharing mainly because the problem might resonate.
As a founder, my biggest blind spot wasn t features or growth. It was feedback fragmentation.
Users were sharing thoughts everywhere: emails, DMs, support chats, random calls and most of it never made it into actual product decisions.
I noticed something interesting while working with teams at companies like PwC, Vercel, Supabase, and a few indie startups: they didn t need more dashboards they needed feedback to land where work already happens.
Slowly but surely, the Christmas holidays are approaching, which usually means more time at home with family and more movie binge-watching.
Yesterday I watched TV for the first time in a while, and they were playing Bezos: The Beginning (2023). A decent movie overall, even though it could ve been longer or had a sequel.
Hello everyone, I am just getting started with my entrepreneurial journey and would love to connect with more founders that are in the same journey as mine. I feel very lost some days especially with sales. Looking to connect and learn from you all :)
We are currently building a tool to centralize all your user feedback in one place. It also helps you analyze the data and chat with it. https://quebot.vercel.app/
We are in the very early stages of building this and are looking for folks to test out the demo, give us feedback and build this with us. Here is a link to schedule a demo with us - https://cal.com/akanshadugad/30min Also, happy to connect with other young founders and learn about their journey.
We're into the last week of November, which is a little nuts to me. It feels like last week we rang in the 2025 new year celebrations. There's been a ton of new products launch this year, unsurprisingly a lot of them with "AI" in their name. What product or products stood out to you the most?
For me it has to be @Wispr Flow, it's completely changed the game on how I interact with my devices, I rarely find myself typing anymore. Even this post was dictated through Wispr Flow.
