It's time to share some insights. ViralQR has revolutionized client engagement at our beauty salon. We now use QR codes to offer promotions and gather feedback through our WI-FI and social media platforms. The ease of use has delighted our clients, who love accessing special offers and sharing their experiences with just a scan. The feedback we collect help us refine our services and enhance customer satisfaction. However a more robust analytics feature would help us better understand engagement trends.

Mindbody has a lot of features, but I don't find it very user friedly and all the features are overwhealming. I like the scheduling and client management tools, but there were some glitches. I'm hoping for the improvements because it has great potential.
