I’m Adrià Castany, founder of Intake and part of the Lanzadera startup accelerator. I spend most of my time building products, talking to customers and turning messy problems into software people actually enjoy using. Today I’m building Intake, an AI-first customer support platform for growing SaaS companies. We help teams answer customers faster, centralize knowledge and automate repetitive support work without adding more tools or more complexity. My background is heavily product-oriented. I enjoy designing intuitive user experiences, validating ideas with customers, shipping fast and iterating relentlessly. I care far more about building something genuinely useful than chasing trends or buzzwords.
