Andrew, I love the idea. It was fun to see the social proof of the community as soon as I scrolled down.
Performance reviews are often troublesome for serial founders as well, to say nothing about first-timers. Given that information, would you agree that the website can be made a bit simpler? I'm curious to know if you think that we can remove some distractions from the main page so my eyes know where to focus first. What do you think?
