Andrew, I love the idea. It was fun to see the social proof of the community as soon as I scrolled down. Performance reviews are often troublesome for serial founders as well, to say nothing about first-timers. Given that information, would you agree that the website can be made a bit simpler? I'm curious to know if you think that we can remove some distractions from the main page so my eyes...

Okay this looked pretty cool. I'd need to see how effortlessly I can fit this into my daily routine though. I've seen that I'm a bit aversive to making big changes quickly. It took me months to go from Alfred to Raycast for example, simply because I didn't want to deal with the idea of setting everything up.
