I have spent most of my adult life building systems: production platforms, infrastructure, distributed systems, developer tooling, and the organizational structures around them. My background is software engineering and architecture, but most of my work sits where product requirements, tooling, infrastructure, delivery process, and team structure meet. I build the systems around the software as much as the software itself. I have run full technology functions end-to-end: development, architecture, DevOps, delivery, hiring, vendor strategy, and operational structure. I still work hands-on every day. I write code, work in infrastructure, and stay close to the real problems instead of managing them from a distance.

SpecDD - Build better software with spec-driven AI

SpecDD is an open-source framework for specification-driven development with AI. Unlike existing AI coding workflows built around prompts, chat history, or massive docs folders, SpecDD keeps small structured specs close to the code they describe. The goal is to preserve intent before, during, and after implementation, reducing correction loops, architectural drift, and “plausible but wrong” AI-generated code.
