I'm the Product Hunt CEO - tell me your tagline and I'll fix it for you :)
I m the @Product Hunt CEO, I ve launched 7 times on PH, and helped countless friends prep their launches. The most common mistake I see is a confusing tagline. Launching on Product Hunt soon? Tell me your tagline and I ll fix it for you :)
What channels do you use for promoting upcoming launch
I can see that many people use especially: LinkedIn (group) posts, DMs Twitter posts, DMs, Streams Product Hunt in p/self-promotion Newsletter in sequences campaign YT for streaming Have you ever used other channels too? (E.g. Reddit, HN) or any other form that would make your upcoming launch stand out?
Do you know about any business bootstrapped success stories?
Lately, I have seen many VC funded companies and somehow overlooked those that are bootstrapped. In my opinion, to have such kind of company without external funding is harder and slower, so I look up those founders more. Do you know any successful bootstrapped companies that were able to scale up their MVP in 3 months or less? Maybe to 6 or 7 numbers. I would like to have a look at those companies in the future (maybe in my newsletter or videos).

AMA with Amir Ashkenazi founder of Airtop, Adap.tv, and Shopping.com
Hi everyone! Pretty exciting to be doing this on the same day forums is launching. A little bit about me - Currently the founder of Airtop, previously known as Switchboard. I previously founded Adap.tv, which AOL acquired in 2013 and prior to that co-founded Shopping.com, which went public and later sold to eBay. I'm now focusing on helping devs automating web tasks with AI-powered cloud browsers that seamlessly handle authentication. I'm happy to help answer any questions about AI automation, how I view the future of AI and work, why automation matters, knowing when to pivot, building successful companies, and any advice I can share for future founders. Really feel free to ask me anything!
Have you ever wanted to start a podcast to stay in touch with friends?
I thought I wanted to start a podcast with my friends, turns out I just wanted to use the format to stay in touch.
I travel quite a bit so I have friends in many timezones. Some of us attempted to start a podcast by each recording an audio clips and stitching them together into an episode. We quickly realized we didn't want the discussions to be fully public, however, the format of communicating through these audio podcast-like messages was a game changer.
This is what lead to the development of Roads Audio.
So have you ever wanted to start a podcast? What was that experience like?

How to benefit from the Product Hunt forums?
Yesterday I was thinking about how users of this platform can get the most out of Forums. Here are some ideas: 1 There aren't that many posts in the "Introduce yourself" section, so if you contribute something, there's a better chance of getting noticed by the community. 2 Even if you are an old member of the community, you can "reintroduce" yourself. A lot of people came here, so not everyone may remember you or know about you. At the same time, you can provide help to people in the areas you excel in just mention it in a post. 3 Recent posts allow you to tag people. When you are co-creating a product with someone, tag other collaborators in the "Self-promotion" section. This will automatically notify them as well and they will more likely support the post. 4 Ask questions that can help you improve the product. Conversations are now more moderated and even commented on by PH team members. This way you can get a professional perspective and improve your product or your next launch. 5 You can also take advantage of the Product Forums contribute to "p/Figma", "p/Supabase", "p/Notion" and other popular product forums... You can, for example, break down the most common problems of that particular tool and provide solutions. (Forum Threads appear e.g. in the sidebar for a given product for extra visibility) If you have any other ideas on how to take advantage of this new feature, I would like to see the opportunities from your perspective.
Old Entrepreneur, New Product Hunter!
Hey, Hunters and Creators, I'm a Seasonal AI + SaaS Entrepreneur. Launched my first company administrator AI Agent for SMB in 2015, but the "AI" at the time is not that efficient and we have to devote loads of human effort behind to connect the dots between services; I later spent almost a decade on the field of banking SaaS+AI to enable a smarter and securer payment collection and merchant banking experience. For the past 2 years, deeply inspired by Gen AI, my fellow co-founders and I geared up and create a new cutting edge Voice Interviewer and Customer Insights AI Agent. Which we believe would be the future of Customer Research, Engagement and Beyond! Check out Chikka.ai and give it a try! Your feedback is desperately needed! Love ya!

Tips for a newbie Product Hunt hunter
Hey everyone. I just joined Product Hunt a few days ago for my product launch.
It was a completely different experience than any of my previous campaigns.
I learned that instead of reaching out to potential users of the product, I should have reached out to other Product Hunters. Since many of my users did not have a PH account.
I'd appreciate it if you could share what worked for you in your launch. Thanks for your responses.
Pitch your product with max 5 words. Can you?
