About

I build small, focused tools. Sortfully is my first one. It files Outlook and Microsoft 365 mail into folders or coloured tags by the organisation that sent it, once you’ve read it. It's pretty much set and forget or customise if you like. There’s no AI in it, just plain rules you can see and edit, and it never reads message bodies or attachments. Based in the UK. Happy to answer questions about how it works.

Launching Monday: what would you want to know before letting an app sort your Outlook inbox?

Hi all, I m Adam, and I m launching Sortfully here on Monday. It files Outlook and Microsoft 365 mail into folders by the organisation that sent it, once you ve read it. It never reads message bodies or attachments, and there s no AI in it, just rules you can see and change.

Before launch I d like to hear from people who live in Outlook:
What would you need to know before connecting a mailbox to an app like this?
Do you sort mail with folders, inbox rules, or not at all?
Anything that s put you off similar tools before?

Sortfully - Your Outlook inbox, sorted by who sent it. Automatically.

Sortfully files your Outlook and Microsoft 365 mail by the organisation that sent it, once you’ve read it. Connect a mailbox and leave it: it sorts new mail on its own. Want more control? Group domains into one folder, use coloured tags instead, pin a sender to a folder you already have, or file mail as soon as it lands. No AI, just rules you can see. It never reads message bodies or attachments, and every move can be undone.
