It's very easy to add custom logics through Java but does not support other languages

It's good and improving now a days, I use it for domain model generation and to explain microflows

The team is generally responsive and provides clear guidance. Documentation and community resources are strong, which reduces dependency on direct support. However, for very complex issues, resolution can take longer than expected.
